About Us
Founded in 1994 by Karen and Ron Gilchrist, Primetime Facility Services began as a family-owned business known as MIR Enterprises. Built on hard work, dependable service, and strong relationships, the company earned the trust of commercial property managers throughout the Houston area, many of whom still know and remember our team by the MIR name today.
That family foundation remains an important part of who we are. Jeremy Gilchrist, son of founders Karen and Ron, continues to lead the Facility Services division, carrying forward the experience, work ethic, and commitment to customers that have guided the company for more than 30 years. While our name has evolved, the values behind the business remain the same.
